There are a lot of questions you could ask... we've done our best to answer the popular questions here so we can keep our designers and installers on task. Please read before you place your order. If you have addition questions, email us.
What is the turnaround time?
This varies and is hard to pinpoint. We are extremely busy and are told we do great work. Our turnaround time is typically in that 6-8 weeks range from time of order. You will need to place the order on-line and pay the deposit to get into the queue. We do the masks in order.
How long does the wrap last?
This depends on usage. An NHL goalie might only last half a season, but typical minor hockey and rec hockey you should easily get a season. We use 3M wrap vinyl with a matte or gloss overlay. Same material used for wrapping vehicles.
Where do you ship to?
We service Canada and the USA - All prices are listed in CAD funds. In Canada, shipping to the customer is included. In the USA, there is a $60 CAD shipping cost plus you are responsible for any duties that are charged.
How do I send artwork?
We have a form on the order for you to add your logos, give us suggested colors and write out your ideas. We do all the artwork processing. AI is somewhat helpful if you want to do your own artwork, but we can never get it exact to your AI design and we may request more information from you so please keep your original AI chats.
I haven't heard from you since we placed the order, what's up?
We are busy designing and installing. We have your order and process them in order we get them. You can ALWAYS send us an email and we will do our best to respond in a timely manner.
