Refunds
Unfortunately we do not offer refund or exchanges on custom Goalie Helmet Wraps.
Exchanges
We will exchange items that are misprinted by us with the exception of Goalie Helmet Wraps. Any accessories, stickers, etc. that are printed in error from your order entry can be exchanged for new, correct items. If the error is yours, then you will need to purchase replacements at your cost.
Shipping
All shipping issues; Lost, Stolen, Damaged items are at the owners responsibility and expense. We will provide a shipping tracking number but please understand that once it leaves our procession, ALL costs are at the owners expense.
